Improving pre-analytical processes in tissue diagnostics

Pre-analytical preparation is the first step in the specimen journey for tissue diagnostics. It consists ofĀ  tissue collection, fixation, grossing of specimen, tissue processing, embedding and microtomy.Ā It plays an important role in the success of tissue staining and pathology reporting, but many clinical labs struggle with this process.
