Salah satu area fokus awal adalah pemanfaatan staf yang berlebihan. Analisis data kami menunjukkan bahwa staf dimanfaatkan secara berlebihan selama 14 dari total 24 jam [1]. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ruang peningkatan besar dalam operasional laboratorium kami.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Inter !important; font-weight: 500 !important; font-size: 28px !important; line-height: 36px !important; letter-spacing: 0px !important;\">Hasilnya: pengalaman pasien yang lebih baik dan waktu penyelesaian yang lebih cepat<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-83380\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Diagram-2_0-5af.png\" alt=\"FYC2\" width=\"643\" height=\"483\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"a5ef5ea5-d5f2-4cda-9206-6d9099f22035\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/labinsights.com\/app\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Diagram-2_0-5af.png 480w, https:\/\/labinsights.com\/app\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Diagram-2_0-5af-268x201.png 268w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 643px) 100vw, 643px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Salah satu perubahan paling sukses berkat penerapan LSS adalah pada layanan pengambilan sampel darah. Antara Januari 2016 hingga Oktober 2016, waktu tunggu rata-rata berkurang dari 11 menit hingga menjadi hanya 9,96 menit. Hal ini menghasilkan\u00a0umpan balik yang lebih positif dan berkala dari survei pelanggan. Kami tidak menerima umpan balik apa pun dari 2013 hingga 2015\u00a0tetapi mulai April hingga Oktober 2016 kami menerima umpan balik secara rutin setiap bulan sehingga menyediakan lebih banyak data untuk membantu kami mengelola operasi. Kami juga menyederhanakan dan merampingkan operasi laboratorium lain. Di laboratorium rawat jalan, misalnya, awalnya kami menghitung 146 total\u00a0langkah dalam proses alur kerja dengan 34 titik pengambilan keputusan, tetapi setelah menerapkan LSS, kami menemukan peluang untuk menguranginya menjadi\u00a098 langkah roses dan hanya 5 titik pengambilan keputusan. Untuk laboratorium rawat inap, kami menemukan peluang pengurangan jumlah langkah proses dari 79 menjadi\u00a031 dan titik pengambilan keputusan dari 20 menjadi hanya 2, serta menghilangkan seluruh langkah transportasi. Dengan mengurangi jumlah langkah proses dan titik pengambilan keputusan, kami berhasil membuat peningkatan besar pada tingkat pencapaian\u00a0waktu penyelesaian (TAT).
