PCR (EUA) \u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5728\u6536\u5230\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4\u5e8f\u5217\u540e\u4e09\u5468\u5185\u4fbf\u5feb\u901f\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86 PCR \u8bd5\u5242\u76d2 [1]\u00a0\u7684\u6279\u51c6\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u540c\u6837\u52a0\u901f\u4e86\u76d1\u7ba1\u6d41\u7a0b [2]\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u540c\u65f6\u5f00\u5c55\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u68c0\u9a8c\u3001\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u5e94\u7528\u5ba1\u67e5\uff0c\u5728
