class=\"text-align-justify\">\u5fc3\u529b\u8870\u7aed(HF)\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u81e8\u5e8a\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\uff0c\u7531\u5fc3\u81df\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u6216\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u7919\u5f15\u8d77\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u904b\u52d5\u6216\u4f11\u606f\u671f\u9593\u5fc3\u5167\u58d3\u5347\u9ad8\u548c\/\u6216\u5fc3\u8f38\u51fa\u91cf\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002\u8a72\u75c5\u75c7\u8207\u52d5\u8108\u53ca\u975c\u8108\u8840\u6813\u4e8b\u4ef6\u98a8\u96aa\u589e\u52a0\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u5e2b\u5c0d\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u8a8d\u8b58\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u66f4\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u6307\u5357\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u652f\u63f4\u5c0dHF\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u51dd\u8840\u969c\u7919\u7684\u66f4\u597d\u8a3a\u65b7\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 !important;\">HF\u4e2d\u51dd\u8840\u75be\u60a3\u4e4b\u75c5\u7406\u751f\u7406<\/h2>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u6839\u64da\u5de6\u5fc3\u5ba4\u5c04\u51fa\u5206\u7387(LVEF)\uff0cHF\u5206\u70ba3\u500b\u4e9e\u578b\uff1a\u5c04\u51fa\u5206\u6578\u964d\u4f4e\u7684HF (HFrEF)\uff1b\u5c04\u51fa\u5206\u6578\u8f15\u5ea6\u964d\u4f4e\u7684HF (HFmrEF)\uff1b\u5c04\u51fa\u5206\u6578\u4fdd\u7559\u7684HF (HFpEF)\u3002\u6bcf\u7a2e\u4e9e\u578b\u90fd\u6709\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u7279\u5fb5\u548c\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u5408\u4f75\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u7684\u53ef\u8b8a\u98a8\u96aa[2].<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/labinsights.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/coagulation_disorders_in_heart_failure_-_pathophysiology_and_clinical_management_image_1_ru-RU.jpg\" class=\"text-align-justify\">HF\u53ca\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210\u901a\u5e38\u56e0\u591a\u7a2e\u539f\u56e0\u95dc\u806f\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u7f3a\u8840\u6027\u5fc3\u81df\u75c5\uff08HF\u4e4b\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\uff09\u6613\u65bc\u7d93\u7531\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u6d3b\u5316\u53ca\u805a\u96c6\u5f62\u6210\u52d5\u8108\u8840\u6813\u3002\u975c\u8108\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e(VTE)\u5728HF\u4e2d\u4e5f\u5f88\u5e38\u898b\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5fc3\u81df\u6813\u585e\u6027\u4e2d\u98a8\u53ca\u731d\u6b7b\u98a8\u96aa\u5347\u9ad8\u3002\u7576HF\u60a3\u8005\u60a3\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u5408\u4f75\u75c7\u8af8\u5982\u5fc3\u623f\u986b\u52d5(AF)\u6642\uff0c\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e\u53ca\u4e2d\u98a8\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u7279\u5225\u9ad8\u3002\u767c\u73fe\u8d85\u904e\u4e00\u534a\u65b0\u8a3a\u65b7HF\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u60a3\u6709AF\uff0cAF\u53caHF\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u9810\u793a\u8457\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"text-align-justify\">Virchow\u6c0f\u4e09\u806f\u5fb5\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\uff08\u5167\u76ae\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u7919\u3001\u8840\u6d41\u505c\u6eef\u53ca\u9ad8\u51dd\u72c0\u614b\uff09\u7684\u7570\u5e38\u6703\u589e\u52a0HF\u60a3\u8005\u5c0d\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u6613\u611f\u6027\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u52d5\u8108\u53ca\u975c\u8108\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u75c5\u56e0\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u52d5\u8108\u51dd\u584a\u5bcc\u542b\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u4e26\u5728\u9ad8\u526a\u4e0b\u61c9\u529b\u4e0b\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u800c\u975c\u8108\u51dd\u584a\u5bcc\u542b\u7e96\u7dad\u86cb\u767d\u4e26\u5728\u8f03\u4f4e\u526a\u4e0b\u61c9\u529b\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u7121\u8ad6HF\u7684\u75c5\u56e0\u6216\u5176\u5408\u4f75\u75c7\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u7834\u58de\u53ca\u5176\u8207HF\u4e2d\u6240\u898b\u51dd\u8840\u7d1a\u806f\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u4fc3\u9032\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210[2]\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u5118\u7ba1\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u88ab\u8996\u70baHF\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u8207\u5927\u91cf\u51dd\u8840\u969c\u7919\u6709\u95dc[3]\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728HF\u8a3a\u65b7\u6216\u5931\u4ee3\u511f\u5f8c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u98a8\u7684\u767c\u751f\u7387\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u6025\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5f8c6\u500b\u6708\u5167\u964d\u4f4e[4]\u3002HF\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210\u524d\u8868\u578b\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7531\u65bc(1)\u6162\u6027\u7f3a\u6c27\u8a98\u5c0e\u7684\u5168\u8eab\u6027\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c(2)\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210\u524d\u5206\u5b50\u6fc3\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u6216(3)\u52d5\u8108\u53ca\u975c\u8108\u5167\u76ae\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u7919\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img !important;\">HF\u4e2d\u51dd\u8840\u75be\u60a3\u4e4b\u81e8\u5e8a\u7ba1\u7406<\/h2>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u5728HF\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u5df2\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u6d3b\u5316\u51dd\u8840\u53ca\/\u6216\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u6d3b\u5316\u7684\u6a19\u7c64\u4ee5\u53ca\u5167\u76ae\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u7919\u53ca\u4f4e\u5fc3\u8f38\u51fa\u91cf\u3001\u8207\u7570\u5e38\u8840\u6d41\u53ca\u505c\u6eef\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u75c5\u6cc1\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5e7e\u7a2e\u5e38\u898b\u5408\u4f75\u75c7\u901a\u5e38\u4f7fHF\u8907\u96dc\u5316\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u5c0d\u65bc\u7121\u7981\u5fcc\u75c7\u7684\u6025\u6027HF\u4f4f\u9662\u60a3\u8005\u4ee5\u53ca\u63a5\u53d7\u9577\u671f\u6a5f\u68b0\u5faa\u74b0\u652f\u63f4\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u4f7f\u7528\u4f4e\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u809d\u7d20\u9810\u9632\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e[1]\u3002\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u5341\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u53e3\u670d\u6297\u51dd\u5291(DOAC)\u4ea6\u5df2\u88ab\u6279\u51c6\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u53ca\u9810\u9632\u975e\u74e3\u819c\u6027AF\u4e2d\u4e4b\u4e2d\u98a8\u53ca\u5168\u8eab\u6027\u6813\u585e(SSE)\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u70ba\u83ef\u6cd5\u6797\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u51fa\u8840\u98a8\u96aa\u8f03\u4f4e[3]\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">AF\u53caHF\u60a3\u8005\u4e4b\u6297\u51dd\u5291\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u8a8d\u70ba\u5c0d\u65bc\u964d\u4f4e\u6b64\u7b49\u60a3\u8005\u4e4b\u9ad8\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e\u98a8\u96aa\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002ESC\u6307\u5357\u5efa\u8b70\u4f7f\u7528DOAC\u800c\u975e\u83ef\u6cd5\u6797\u4f86\u9810\u9632AF\u4e2d\u98a8\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u4e9b\u85e5\u7269\u540c\u6a23\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u4e14\u81e8\u5e8a\u7279\u5fb5\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cHF\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u96a8\u6a5f\u5c0d\u7167\u8a66\u9a57\u4e2d\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u4e0d\u8db3[3]\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u5728AF\u4e4bHF\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u5728\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u4e4b\u6240\u6709\u6c34\u6e96\u4e0b\uff0c\u8207\u83ef\u6cd5\u6797\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u50cf\u963f\u54cc\u6c99\u73ed\u53ca\u9054\u6bd4\u52a0\u7fa4\uff08\u4f46\u4e0d\u662f\u5229\u4f10\u6c99\u73ed\uff09\u4e4bDOAC\u8207\u7e3d\u51fa\u8840\u53ca\u6b7b\u4ea1\u98a8\u96aa\u8f03\u4f4e\u76f8\u95dc\u3002\u5118\u7ba1DOAC\u6cbb\u7642\u4e4b\u8907\u96dc\u6027\u9060\u4f4e\u65bc\u83ef\u6cd5\u6797\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u7528\u65bcHF\u60a3\u8005\u4e26\u975e\u4e00\u6210\u4e0d\u8b8a\u4e4b\u4e8b\u3002HF\u60a3\u8005\u4e4b\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u901a\u5e38\u6ce2\u52d5\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u9700\u8981\u8abf\u6574DOAC\u5291\u91cf\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5be6\u8e10\u4e2d\u5f88\u5c11\u9032\u884c\u9019\u4e9b\u8abf\u6574\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u9069\u5ea6\u4e0b\u964d\u4e5f\u8207\u63a5\u53d7DOAC\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u51fa\u8840\u98a8\u96aa\u589e\u52a0\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u5f37\u8abf\u9700\u8981\u4ed4\u7d30\u76e3\u6e2c\u4e26\u9069\u7576\u8abf\u6574\u5291\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"text-align-justify\" style=\"font-family: Inter !important; font-weight: 500 !important; font-size: 28px !important; line-height: 36px !important; letter-spacing: 0px !important;\">\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u9700\u6c42<\/h2>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u5168\u7403\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u70ba1%-2%\uff0cHF\u4ee3\u8868\u4e00\u7a2e\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u5168\u7403\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u9810\u8a08\u5f71\u97ff\u8d85\u904e800\u842c\u6210\u4eba\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u9810\u8a08\u52302030\u5e74\uff0cHF\u76f8\u95dc\u7e3d\u6210\u672c\u5c07\u589e\u52a0\u5230700\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u3002 \u5118\u7ba1\u6700\u8fd1\u5728HF\u7684\u91ab\u5b78\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u5faa\u8b49\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u8af8\u5982\u4f75\u5165\u690d\u5165\u5f0f\u5fc3\u81df\u53bb\u98a4\u5668\u548c\u5fc3\u81df\u518d\u540c\u6b65\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u4f465\u5e74\u6642\u8207HF\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u4ecd\u7136\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u7d04\u70ba50%\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u9451\u65bcHF\u60a3\u8005\u9762\u81e8\u9ad8\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5b58\u5728AF\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0cDOAC\u6cbb\u7642\u4f3c\u4e4e\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e\u4e8b\u4ef6\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u5408\u7406\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u7279\u5fb5\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5177\u9ad4\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u81e8\u5e8a\u6c7a\u7b56\u76ee\u524d\u6839\u64da\u4e00\u822cAF\u7fa4\u9ad4\u4e2d\u5927\u578bRCT\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u9032\u884c\u8abf\u6574\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u5728HF\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528DOAC\u6642\uff0c\u82e5\u5e72\u91cd\u8981\u554f\u984c\u4ecd\u672a\u89e3\u6c7a\uff0c\u4e14\u9700\u8981\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6df1\u5165\u5206\u6790\u3002DOAC\u662f\u5426\u5f71\u97ff\u7279\u5b9a\u7684HF\u7d42\u9ede\uff0c\u8af8\u5982HF\u60e1\u5316\u6216\u4f4f\u9662\uff1f\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u5982\u4f55\u7ba1\u7406\u60a3\u6709\u5408\u4f75\u75c7\u4e4bHF-AF\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6297\u51dd\u8840\uff1f\u5728HF-AF-CAD\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u7d44\u5408\u6297\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u53ca\u6297\u51dd\u5291\uff1f\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u5168\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5728LV\u8840\u6813\u6027HFAF\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528DOAC\u55ce\uff1f\u5c0d\u65bcLV\u8840\u6813\u53caAF\u98a8\u96aa\u589e\u52a0\u7684HF\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u4f55\u6642\u958b\u59cbDOAC\u7642\u6cd5\uff1f<\/p>\n<p
