class=\"text-align-justify\">\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u548c\u6b50\u76df\uff0c\u4f30\u8a08\u67092000\u842c\u60a3\u8005\u9762\u81e8\u975c\u8108\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e(VTE)\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u72c0\u6cc1\u56e0\u56b4\u91cd\u7684COVID-19\u76f8\u95dc\u9ad8\u51dd\u72c0\u614b\u800c\u60e1\u5316\u3002\u4e0d\u8003\u616eCOVID-19\u75c5\u4f8b\uff0c50-70%\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u6027VTE\u548c70-80%\u7684\u81f4\u547d\u6027\u80ba\u6813\u585e(PE)\u767c\u751f\u5728\u6025\u6027\u91ab\u5b78\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u8a72\u7d44\u7684\u7279\u5fb5\u5728\u65bc\u5e74\u9f61\u8d85\u904e70\u6b72\u3001\u56fa\u5b9a\u6642\u9593\u9577\uff08\u5b9a\u7fa9\u70ba3\u5929\u6216\u66f4\u9577\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u8207\u5fc3\u80ba\u5132\u5099\u53d7\u640d\u548c\/\u6216\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210\u98a8\u96aa\u5347\u9ad8\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u591a\u7a2e\u5408\u4f75\u75c7[1]\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f4f\u9662\u8840\u6813\u9810\u9632\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u6813\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u7684\u767c\u751f\u7387\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e0d\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u51fa\u8840\u98a8\u96aa\u5347\u9ad8\uff1b\u7e2e\u77ed\u7684\u4f4f\u9662\u6642\u9593\u5df2\u5c07\u7ba1\u7406\u8ca0\u64d4\u8f49\u79fb\u5230\u9580\u8a3a\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u96d6\u713680%\u7684VTE\u767c\u751f\u5728\u51fa\u9662\u5f8c6\u9031\u5167\uff0c\u4f46\u5c11\u65bc4%\u7684\u4f4f\u9662\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u51fa\u9662\u6642\u63a5\u53d7\u8840\u6813\u9810\u9632\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">SARS-CoV-2\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u76f8\u95dc\u4f46\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002\u611f\u67d3\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u7919\u53ca\u5347\u9ad8\u7684\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20\/\u51dd\u8840\u5f15\u6578\u7684\u7d44\u5408\u8a98\u5c0e\u975e\u5178\u578b\u9ad8\u51dd\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u6a19\u8a8c\u7269\u5305\u62ecVTE\u767c\u751f\u7387\u9ad83-5\u500d\u3001D-\u4e8c\u805a\u9ad4\u5347\u9ad84-6\u500d\u6216\u9ad8\u65bc\u6b63\u5e38\u4e0a\u9650\uff08\u8207\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u589e\u52a02-5\u500d\u76f8\u95dc\uff09\u3001\u7570\u5e38\u7684\u51dd\u8840\u5206\u578b\u548c\u8840\u6813\u7a81\u7834[6]\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cDOAC\u53ca\u4f4e\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u809d\u7d20(LMWH)\u8840\u6813\u9810\u9632\u7684\u6642\u6a5f\u53ca\u5291\u91cf\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\uff1b\u96d6\u7136\u6240\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u4e0d\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u9ad8\u51fa\u8840\u98a8\u96aa\u7684COVID-19\u4f4f\u9662\u60a3\u8005\u7686\u61c9\u63a5\u53d7\u9810\u9632\u6027\uff08\u4f4e\u5291\u91cf\uff09
